Hello lovely Going Gently folk. Our month of daily poems is done 😊
As you read this, I’ll be on holiday in Devon with Kaspa and the dogs. It’s actually been a horribly stressful month what with trying to buy and sell houses and handover our huge job so we can move out of the temple, and I’m so glad I had my June emails set up in advance so I could give myself some space from writing.
I’ll return anon with a proper check-in, and I have some wisdom gems from Internal Family Systems for you too. In the meantime, to keep you going, you might like to remind yourself of the 8 Things I’ve Learnt About Going Gently.
I appreciate you.
If you’re a paid subscriber, you paid for a new catalytic converter on our car this month, and with all the house moving costs that was VERY welcome. We no longer sound like a boy racer!
If you don't pay then I am grateful for your attention, your comments & your sharing. It's hard to write about these things without falling into clichés, but whenever my words happen to bring you a crumb of comfort or a half-smile or even a tear, you are offering me a marvellous gift. Writing to you all is central to my life.
Here's to more of it!
Go gently,
Satya <3
A piece by Mark Nepo. I find much recognition here 🙄 The dream of being heard has given way to listening…

I hope you have a lovely and restful break with lots of glorious connections with the Earth and with yourself.
I absolutely love that Giving Way quote, my goodness o.o I'm gonna transcribe that into my journal. That's goals for sure.
