I’m really loving Mindful May Satya 🙏 This video feels to be about the ‘pause’ (I have finally got around to finishing this message 😂) and that’s something I’ve been trying for and finding really helpful! Thank you (and Ralph!) for sharing your thoughts…
So nice to have “found” you again. (part of the Small Stones writing group). The words used are as clear as they can be. But they are like a bit of a sweet smelling honeysuckle-just when it’s most bright it drifts away.
I vote for an extra Ralph minute every week! ❤️🐾 This makes so much sense to me. I have realized that when I am able to notice my parts instead of getting caught up in them, not only do they appreciate it, but my inner critic parts do not feel the need to participate as much (or sometimes at all). Yay!
Ralph is a perfect metaphor for the (many of them much loved) distractions of life that both interrupt our "noticing" one thing and force us to notice something else. So nice to see you and hear your voice. Best of luck in your upcoming move.

Hope it’s worked out.

Ah, so glad you've found me too Teri! I look forward to having you here.

Yes - maybe his interruptions were illustrative ; ) Thank you - appreciated. And lovely to 'see' you again too.
