This second of my monthly workshops will use Internal Family Systems as a way of navigating our inner communities (which are like our outer communities but usually more complicated!). It will cover:
Why parts of us push. Why are they causing so much trouble for us??
How to get into ‘Self’ and get to know our pushy parts. What it means to be ‘in Self’, how to do it, and why it will help you.
How to help these pushy parts to relax. This will help your system to 'run more smoothly’ and it will also make you feel better!
The workshop will be a mixture of me speaking and asking questions and you listening with your own particular dilemmas in mind and writing your own notes.
If you are ambivalent about attending live workshops (I sometimes am) then I hope I can reassure you - you are very welcome to come and just listen. I’ll invite folk to turn their cameras on as it’s nice to be able to see each other, but it won’t be compulsory. We will go into small groups once and you can either participate or stay in the main Zoom room so you can make notes on your own. We’ll be going gently, of course.
To register, become a paid subscriber and you will automatically receive the Zoom link a couple of hours before the meeting. If you only subscribe a few hours before the workshop there can be a time lag, so do email me satyarobyn@substack.com so I can make sure you get the link in time.
The workshop will be recorded like all my past & forthcoming monthly workshops and so if you miss it you can watch it later.
